Here's what makes it different: I've run my own businesses for 30 years for one reason — freedom — and I want to hand you the same. This role is built around your surfing. Sharpen your craft, chase your career, and pull a full-time wage plus affiliate commission while you do it. The work is startup-broad: suppliers, wholesalers, brand ambassadors, social accounts, admin, printing — a bit of everything, moving fast. You'll need to be agile, hungry to learn, and the type who respects flexibility rather than abuses it. Do it your way, get better at your craft — but bring the money in, because that part matters most.
Starts immediately. For the first three months, through launch this year, you'll need to be in Siargao — North preferred. After that you're fully remote, working from wherever you want.
