1. Who we are

This website is run by My Way Collective FZE, trading as My Way Electrolytes (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone, United Arab Emirates, registration number 11182, at Al Shmookh Business Center, One UAQ, UAQ Free Trade Zone, Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to place an order. Our products are not intended for children.

3. Our products and your health

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Nothing on this site is medical advice. Speak to your doctor before using any of our products if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Hardcore is high in sodium. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart or kidney condition, or have been told to limit your sodium, speak to your doctor before using it. Stop using a product and see a doctor if you feel unwell. Results vary from person to person. The sweat app gives estimates only, not measurements.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. If we spot a pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we can’t deliver to your address. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

6. Pre-Orders

A Pre-Order is an order for a product that is not yet in stock. You pay when you order. We will ship on or before the date shown on the product page. Pre-Order quantities and prices can be limited. If the date changes, we will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund before it ships.

7. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping policy for where we ship, costs and delivery times. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees in your country, if any, are your responsibility.

8. Refunds and returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, once per customer. If you’re not happy with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you. You don’t need to send anything back. Full details are in our Refunds and returns policy.

9. Subscriptions

We don’t offer subscriptions yet. If we do, the price, how often it renews, how to skip, pause or cancel, and the notice we give before each renewal will be shown here and at checkout before you sign up.

10. Discount codes and offers

Discount codes and offers have the conditions shown with them. They can’t be combined unless we say so, and we may end an offer at any time. Orders already placed are not affected.

11. Our content

The My Way name, logos, designs, photos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

12. Using this site

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to break, overload or copy it, or use it to harm others. We try to keep the information on the site accurate, but we can’t promise it is always complete or error free.

13. Our responsibility to you

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit), or for any loss caused by using a product other than as directed or against medical advice. Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any right you have under consumer law where you live.

14. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them or your orders, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer laws where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.
